How it's calculated

✔15 days' pay for each of the first 5 years, then a month's pay for each year after; part years count pro rata.
✔The total is capped at 18 months' pay.
✔If you resign: nothing under 3 years, half for 3–5 years, two-thirds for 5–10 years, full after 10 years.
✔Daily wage = monthly pay ÷ 26. Most employers use basic salary; tick the box if yours uses full pay.
✔Annual leave: 30 days a year; unused leave is paid out.
