How it's calculated
- โDaily wage = monthly wage รท 26. Hourly wage = daily wage รท your normal daily hours.
- โOvertime on a working day: hourly wage + 25% (Article 66).
- โWork on the weekly rest day: wage + 50%, plus a substitute rest day (Article 67).
- โWork on an official holiday: double wage, plus another day off (Article 68).
- โLimits: 2 overtime hours a day, 3 days a week, 90 days and 180 hours a year.
